We own 9 backend search services that are core to the company's success. One of the most important is the Search API, which powers results on the Search engine result page. Our tech stack consists of Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Elasticsearch, GraphQL, Docker, EKS and AWS artifacts. We also work carefully with the Artificial intelligence team to bring AI-driven functions to the customer experience, such as search relevance improvements and AI-powered search. We're a collective, friendly team that focuses on strong onboarding and constant assistance. New group members are assisted through the ramp-up process up until they're positive taking full ownership of their work. Each group member is helpful to other staff member when dealing with difficulties. We value a culture where wins are celebrated openly, and setbacks are owned together. We likewise make time for team-building, whether it's virtual hangouts or in-person parties, to keep friendship strong. Q. What's your greatest achievement so far at Realtor.com? A.
