The Middle East is an area where cars and truck is king and fuel is low-cost, frequently leaving little incentive to find more environmentally-friendly methods of moving.

But this year, as protests throughout the Middle East have pushed up the price of oil, the issue of discovering alternative sources of fuel has come into sharp focus.

In an area that has among the greatest worldwide, one service is benefiting from the growing pressure to find options to oil. It's established the Middle East's first plan to recycle cooking oil into biodiesel. It's showing rewarding too, currently their client-list consists of McDonald's.
